Ensuring Authenticity for Shopps.in Customers
At Shopps.in, we specialize in high-end, custom-fabricated SS furniture and luxury decor. Because our products are high-value investments, we maintain a strict Zero-Tolerance Policy for fraudulent feedback.
1. How We Verify Reviews
Every review published on our official blog or website is cross-referenced with our internal Sales Order Management System. We only display feedback where:
- A valid Order ID (SHP-XXXX) is present.
- The customer’s registered email and phone number match the transaction.
- The review is submitted after the product has been delivered and installed.
2. Addressing Third-Party Review Sites
We are aware that unverified third-party platforms (like Trustpilot or Sitejabber) often allow 'guest' reviews without proof of purchase. Unfortunately, this allows competitors or bots to post fraudulent negative content. Shopps.in does not recognize reviews on platforms that do not require a verified Order ID.
3. Visual Proof (UGC)
To provide the highest level of transparency, we prioritize User Generated Content (UGC). We encourage our clients to send 'in-home' photos and videos via WhatsApp. These visuals serve as the ultimate proof of quality and delivery.
